Because every item is carefully prepared, we want to be transparent about our policies so you know what to expect when shopping with us. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
- All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or issue refunds.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges except when an item is damaged during shipping or confirmed lost in transit.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to sale items.
- Pre-orders cannot be exchanged for other products, even if manufacturing or shipping delays occur.
Product Variations & Small Business Limitations
- Due to different dye lots and the manufacturing process, colors may vary slightly from product photos. This is normal and part of the handmade charm. Returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated based on dissatisfaction with coloring.
- As a small business, occasional imperfections such as minor variations in graphics, colors, or spelling may occur. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these issues, but we deeply appreciate your support and understanding.
- Product photos are enhanced for online display (background cleanup, color adjustments). Variations between photos and physical items do not qualify for return.
Preorders
- Preorders are extra special—they’re made just for you!
- Please note: Delivery dates may shift due to production or shipping delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery dates may change.
- Preordered items cannot be exchanged for other products, even if manufacturing or shipping delays occur.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- After 5 days, we are unable to accommodate replacement requests.
- If your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and promotional materials.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if returned items are not in their original condition.
Lost Packages
- If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are unable to send a replacement.
- If the carrier confirms it was lost, we’ll gladly send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
Shipping
- We ship nationwide with both standard and expedited options.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- OMG Mahj is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or any circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.
