Craftsmanship & Natural Variations +
Thoughtfully Produced in Small Batches
OMG Mahj creates boutique Mahjong products in small production runs. Manufacturing and finishing processes may result in slight differences between individual items.
Mahjong Mat Variations
Our Mahjong mats are individually positioned and pressed during production. Because of this process, minor cosmetic variations may occur in border alignment, print placement, edge finish, thickness, dimensions, or color.
Small differences that do not materially affect the mat's appearance, performance, or intended use can be a normal part of production.
Our Inspection Process
OMG Mahj personally hand-checks our Mahjong tile sets. However, our Mahjong mats are not individually inspected by OMG Mahj before shipment.
Although we work with our manufacturing partners on quality expectations, an occasional mat may arrive with a concern that requires attention.
Color & Photography
Product colors may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or material variations. We make every effort to represent our products accurately.
Damage or Material Defects
Our natural-variation disclosure is not intended to excuse significant printing errors, substantial misalignment, tears, delamination, or other issues that materially affect a mat's appearance or intended use.
Our Commitment
OMG Mahj is a small, family-run business built on transparency, craftsmanship, and care. If something doesn't seem right, please contact us at returns@omgmahj.com with your order number and photographs. We will review your concern in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
