FAQ — changes, cancellations, & refunds
You may cancel your pre-order for a refund any time before June 30, 2026, subject to a 15% processing fee.
If OMG Mahj cancels the order, you will receive a full refund with no processing fee.
There may be manufacturer delays. We cannot issue refunds for delays, but we will allow you to exchange your pre-order for another product.
Your pre-order is tied specifically to this item and cannot be transferred to a different product but you will be allowed to exchange on any manufacture delays.

Our Mahjong mats are hand-pressed, meaning each mat is individually placed into the press by hand during production.
While mats are designed to be symmetrical with clean edges, slight variations in border alignment, edge finish, thickness, or sizing may occur.
These variations are a normal result of handcrafted manufacturing and do not impact functionality or durability.
Color & Photography
Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and natural material variation.
We make every effort to represent colors accurately, but slight differences may occur.
Other Accessories & Components
