Craftsmanship & Natural Variations +
At OMG Mahj, every product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with an emphasis on artistry, quality, and care. Because our products are not mass-produced, natural manufacturing variations may occur.
Acrylic Mahjong Tiles
Our layered acrylic Mahjong tiles feature etched and UV-printed designs. This manufacturing process allows us to create detailed artwork while maintaining the beautiful layered appearance of our tiles.
Minor cosmetic variations may include subtle differences in etching depth, UV-print placement, color tone, surface finish, or light surface scratches and marks that can occur during manufacturing, handling, or packaging.
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect playability, durability, or structural integrity are generally considered normal manufacturing characteristics rather than defects.
Layered Acrylic & De-Lamination
OMG Mahj tiles are produced using layered acrylic. While uncommon, separation between acrylic layers, also known as de-lamination, may occasionally occur.
If you experience this concern, please contact returns@OMGMahj.com so we can review the issue.
Because our products are manufactured in limited quantities, replacement tiles or components may not always be immediately available. When possible, we will gladly replace affected items.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will work thoughtfully with you toward a fair resolution consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Mahjong Mats
Our Mahjong mats are hand-pressed, meaning each mat is individually placed into the press during production.
Slight variations in border alignment, edge finish, thickness, or sizing may occur. Minor variations that do not affect functionality or durability are normal manufacturing characteristics.
Other Accessories & Components
Boxes, pouches, dice, reference cards, bags, carrying cases, racks, and pushers are also produced in small batches.
Subtle variations in color, texture, stitching, alignment, print placement, or finish may occur.
Color & Photography
Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and material variations. We make every effort to represent our products accurately.
Small-Batch Production
Our small-batch approach allows us to focus on thoughtful design, quality, and craftsmanship. Each OMG Mahj product reflects the care behind our family-run business.
Our Commitment
OMG Mahj is built on transparency, craftsmanship, and community. We stand behind our products and are happy to review concerns with care and respect.
If something doesn't feel right, please contact returns@OMGMahj.com so we can help.
Nothing in this disclosure limits any rights customers may have under applicable law.
At OMG Mahj, we believe Mahjong is more than a game. It's a way to gather stories, share laughter, and pass traditions from one generation to the next.
May your Festival of Lights table be filled with joy, connection, and beautiful memories.
