Our Roaring Twenties Mahjong set celebrates both then and now, honoring a century of Mahjong memories while inspiring the ones still to come.
Craftsmanship & Natural Variations +
At OMG Mahj, every product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with an emphasis on artistry, quality, and care. Because our products are not mass-produced, natural variations are part of the process and are to be expected across all OMG Mahj items, including tiles, boxes, pouches, dice, reference cards, mats, bags, carrying cases, racks, and pushers.
Acrylic Mahjong Tiles
Our acrylic Mahjong tiles are etched, hand-painted, and hand-buffed by skilled artisans. Because these steps are completed by hand rather than automated mass production,
natural variations may occur. These may include subtle differences in paint fill, etching depth, surface finish, color tone, or minor cosmetic marks such as faint buffing lines or light surface scratches.
Each tile is individually inspected prior to packaging. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect playability, durability, or structural integrity are not considered defects and are a normal part of handcrafted production.
Layered Acrylic & De-Lamination
OMG Mahj tiles are produced using layered acrylic. While uncommon, acrylic separation or de-lamination may occasionally occur.

Because our products are manufactured in limited quantities, replacement tiles or components may not always be immediately available. When possible, we will gladly replace affected items. If a replacement is not available, we are committed to working collaboratively and thoughtfully with you to determine a fair resolution, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Mahjong Mats
Our Mahjong mats are hand-pressed, meaning each mat is individually placed into the press by hand during production.
While mats are designed to be symmetrical with clean edges, slight variations in border alignment, edge finish, thickness, or sizing may occur.
These variations are a normal result of handcrafted manufacturing and do not impact functionality or durability.
Other Accessories & Components
Boxes, pouches, dice, reference cards, bags, carrying cases, racks, and pushers are also produced in small batches and may exhibit subtle variations in color, texture, stitching, alignment, print placement, or finish.
These differences reflect the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects unless they affect intended use.
